When you build with Dakota homes, we provide a Quality Builder Warranty.
We will build any plan, any lot, anywhere. Your home is completely customized by you. You customize your floor plan to fit your needs, you pick your own colors and style, and you can select any upgrade you want. We walk you through the whole process and make sure you enjoy creating your home.
Home Sale Program
If you are looking to build your own home and you have an existing home to sell . . .
let us list your home and you can reserve your lot for up to 90 days. We will allow you to start the home building process by customizing your floor plan, picking your colors, and selecting your upgrades. All earnest money will be completely refundable if your existing home does not sell within this time period.
Lender
We have a Preferred Lender that knows the process of Dakota.
Closing Costs incentives will be given by using our Preferred Lender. We do this for a couple of reasons. They are aware of how Dakota does business and the construction process so that everyone is on the same page. Please contact a Dakota representative for our preferred lender contact information.
